TGIF

Its Friday.  Friday = Favourite day.

Weather was cooling this morning and was drizzling when I left house.  It was raining quite heavily at the west side of Singapore as told by my colleagues.  

Tonight did not watch movie as timing was no good plus no suitable movie.  Shall wait till next Friday to watch movie "TED".

We had dinner at BBQ Chicken restaurant.  Ordered a set for 2 and it was so worth it.  Main dish with soup and drinks.  Too full until we could not finish our drinks.

Tomorrow have to wake up early as meeting my mum and sis at Orchard MRT station.  Had made reservation for Teppanyaki buffet at Shima Japanese restaurant.  Finally can eat there.  Had been mentioning it to my sis and she kept saying I talked and no action.  Now action liao.  Hahaha.

One good news.  I found the cockroach that was hiding in my shoe cabinet.  This morning, I took out my shoe box and saw one big cockroach.  Tried to catch it but it disappeared and I took a long time searching for it in the cabinet.  In the end, left house quite late hence reached office late.

I tried to find it when I got home.  Finally saw it and took a broom to sweep it.  Flipped it and made it turned upside down.  Managed to sweep it out of my house.  Happy leh!

Home sweet home

Another day of "lobo".  Today is last day that I can enjoy.  My boss coming back to office tomorrow and sure will have a lot of "questioning" from her.  Better enjoy today first.  Hee hee...

Managed to leave office early today.  Left at 7pm and reached home at 8.10pm.  Prior back home, had a quick hair cut of my fringe.  Too long liao. 

Oh yah... another good news for me.  Finally I can play slot machine game from my phone.  Singtel network forbade us to play this game for 3 days.  So bad!!!!

Relax relax

Another relaxing day for me.  Hope this can continue...

Had lunch at Henderson hawker centre.  The duck rice is really good.  Shall patronize again.

Everyone, including our boss, were so relax today and no mood to work.  Wish that everyday is like dat.  Hahaha.

Came home early and did sweeping, mopping, machine wash clothes and iron clothes.  One shot completed everything on same day.

My sister went home today after staying for 3 nights.  My mum will be happy now as she can chit chat with her liao.  Hahaha.

Do not know why... found ants in my house.  Where did they come from lei???  Because of weather???

No mood to work

Whole day feeling no mood to work.

Initially wanted to have quick lunch and did hotel bookings for our trip but once stepped out of the office, did not feel like stepping in so early.  Hence, went for a long lunch instead.  Had lunch at West Coast Plaza's Korean restaurant.  Cheap and nice saba set.

Left office early today and hence have more time at home.  So good.....:P

Big fish:

NOR

Took same train as 小珠 this morning and both of us looked tired.  I was still sleepy as seems not enough sleep or rather I had a good sleep last night until I felt not enough.  Hahaha.

During lunch time, she told me she "NOR" liao.  Wow.. super the early uh. 

My another colleague asked me when was my "NOR" today and I told her as long as she said "NQ", I could "NOR" liao.  Hahaha.

We set 7pm to leave office and as usual dragged for 30mins and left at 7.30pm.  Reached home at 8.15pm and super the good that I had more time at home.

Shall watch J & K dramas tonight.

Busy day

My niece came to my house to study for her exam tomorrow.  My sister's house downstairs has Opera show and quite noisy.  Hence need my room for her girl's revision.

In the evening, my relatives came and we had dinner together.  Quite a busy day today and I had just finished sweeping and mopping the floor again since it was quite dirty after so many pair of legs stepping on it today.  :P

Shopping day

This morning, did one round of more detailed house cleaning.  Felt rather tired after the sweating but at same time, felt like I just did some exercise. 

My sister mss me and said I MIA uh.  No sound no picture.  I told her I was busy in the morning mah.

Took bus to Pasir Ris and met up with my mum & sis at White Sands Shopping mall.  Bought a pair of shoe there and after that, went to Tampines.  Bought another pair of shoe there.  Its a shopping day for me.

We had nothing much to buy or shop and went to Fairprice.  Bought some groceries and headed home.  We called our dad to tabao dinner back. 

Quite a tired day.  :)

Happy Friday

Wow.  Friday Friday.  Today super happy.

I suggested to have lunch at VivoCity as I was craving for the food in Food Republic.  Perhaps we are getting sick of the food near our office.  My colleague drove few of us there and I had "cut cut" for lunch.  As usual, shared with 小珠 so that we could choose more items.

After that, we went to collect movie tickets for tonight show.  My colleague saw the big signs at FrancFranc that there was 40% disc.  Went in and bought an umbrella.  However, the discount was only 20%.  Strange thing was, my colleague bought one umbrella too but hers was 40% disc.  Could not think of any reason except different model.  Well $10.40 for my umbrella is ok.  I like it as it is transparent.  Like those Japanese use in Japan.  Hee hee.

We left office and reached VivoCity rather early.  Not too hungry hence bought sushi from Giant and ate them before we entered the theater.  We were early today and could leisurely eat and walk into the theater.  This session was only half filled.  The movie was so funny that we kept laughing. If have time, shall watch the drama series.

Overall, a very good Friday.

Its Thursday!!!!  One more day to go!!!!

Nice weather in the morning and it made a wonderful start of the day.  As usual, I still hope today is non working day.  Hahaha...


Managed to go through the day without problem and left office at 7.30pm.  So happy that I could reach home before 9pm.  It really allow me to have more time to do my stuff at home. 

I wish tomorrow will be another peaceful day and also will have good weekend.

Saw my sister's photos post in FB for her dinner at Todai restaurant.  So tempting.  I must try it too.  :P

Two more days

Sunny morning. 

Went for work as usual but the weather was so hot again.  How I wish everyday is cooling day.

Looking forward to Friday.  Left 2 more days.  We booked tickets for coming Friday movie.  Its a Japanese movie.  Skipped movie last week and glad that we can continue with our usual Friday movie night again.  Got our favourite seats too.  :P

Shall sleep slightly earlier today.  Tomorrow morning cannot sleep longer as need to sweep the floor.  But of course...  I have to watch some J dramas before I go to bed.  Hee hee..

Sleepy

Hot morning.  Felt sleepy.  No other way but to go to work in this manner.

Did not sleep well last night due to the barking of dog in middle of the night.  With my sister sleeping on same bed, I dared not make much movement as she is a light sleeper and I try not to disturb her.  In the end, both of us could not get good sleep due to the dog.  I even thought of calling the police to stop the barking.  Wondering why the owner did not stop it.  Or... is it that the owner is not at home.  The dog was hungry???

Well, hope that tonight I can recover my sleep.

Usual Tuesday today.  Looking forward to Friday.  3 more days to go lei.  :P

Another sinful day

Hot hot day.  I could not sleep during the night and woke up to set the fan blowing directly towards me.  Otherwise, I could not sleep uh.

Woke up, brushed teeth and started to on the computer.  However, I spent few hours troubleshooting my sister's and brother's laptop.  My sister's laptop wireless connection not working.  Tried few hours and in the end, she figured out herself.  My brother's laptop was working so slow like snail and I tried to clear temp files and did full scan for him.  However, still snail snail.  Cannot stand it.

In the end.... I have no time to watch any drama.

We went to Bugis + for dinner tonight.  Reason being that I need to collect my ice-cream.  My dad drove us there.

Had dinner at the Japanese restaurant at 3rd floor.  Very nice decor as it was like Japan's 居酒屋.  Food is nice and cheap too.  We ordered so much food and it costs $91 only.

Food nice = sinful.  Another sinful day.

Collected the ice-cream and headed home directly.  I chose dark chocolate, mint, mango and forest berries.  Yummy yummy.

Since my parents were here, I took out the 3 cakes left in my fridge since Saturday and shared with them.  They were good.  Tulip and 小珠, treat you next time.  Must try.

So sad that holiday passed so fast.  Tomorrow back to work.

Korean drama

Today, no j dramas to watch hence I decided to continue watching Cityhall which is the Korean drama that Ah Cheng keeps asking me to watch but I have no time to do so.  Finally I can tell her that I start to watch the drama.  Quite a funny drama and I kept laughing until my father said why am I laughing myself.  Hee hee.

Quite a boring Sunday for me.  Nothing special. 

Just that the weather is so hot that I did not feel like going out in the afternoon to buy shoe.  My intention was to buy a new pair of shoe for work but.... laziness overwrite the need.  Hee hee...

Sinful day

This morning, we met up with Tulip at NEX for lunch.  We decided on Fish & Co and ordered few dishes for sharing.  Nice food with nice chit chatting.




After lunch, we went to Fairprice to buy some titbits and also bought few pieces of cakes as snacks.  In the end, these cakes becomes "vase" as we could not stuff into our stomach.  Reason being... Tulip bought pan cakes and too much to eat liao.

We reached home at about 4pm and by the time we completed the initial draft of plan of where we are going during our October trip, it was already 6.30pm.  Tulip headed home, 小珠, my sister and me headed for Changi airport as we were all meeting parents for dinner.

I was rather full but in the end, still ordered a set at Aston.  So sinful today.  I as if eaten the whole week's food within a day.  Sin sin sin....

Seventh Month First Day

Tonight no movie and after dinner, 小珠 accompanied me home as she is staying overnite.  Luckily she came because I really need help for the praying.  I almost got stuck when the box of matches I have is not working well.  Used more than 10 sticks and finally managed to lit the candles. Lucky uh.  I almost wanted to ask the uncle from the provision shop to lend me matches.  Haha.. Had lunch at Shin-Sapporo Ramen which newly open at ARC.

Today is Lunar Seventh Month first day.  Yesterday, my colleague mentioned to me if I am praying on the first day.  I realised that my parents did not mention to me.  Quickly asked and my father asked me to buy and pray tonight.

Normal day

Sunny morning.  Felt so hot while walking to the bus stop to take bus to MRT station.  Why can't the weather be cooling everyday.

Count down to Friday.  I am really looking forward to have the 3 days break

Set that this Saturday, Tulip will come to my house.  小珠 will stay overnite tomorrow so that she needs not travel so far.  We are skipping movie session this Friday and change to dinner session instead.

Our plan on Saturday is to discuss on our October trip.

Not many J drama epi release.  Only one...  So sad...

Rather busy

Today, I was busy handling few outstanding cases and so gloomy that why I have to clear those "shit".  My colleagues were talking and laughing but I need to concentrate in my "composition writing".  Hope to clear them asap.

The only good news for today is : we left office by 7.15pm.  Glad that we can leave earlier than yesterday.  Keep it up!!!!

Will watch j dramas now.  New epi out liao.  Yippy!

Today is Okada's birthday.  Happy Birthday to him.

Woke up this morning feeling tired hence decided not to sweep and mop floor.  OMG.  I am so lazy these 2 days.

Usual work day today and good news is I managed to leave office by 7.45pm.  Happy happy.  Most of us have no mood to stay late nowadays.  Prefer to go home early.  Yippy!

Its Tuesday and 3 more days to go.  I am looking forward for this coming long weekend.  Monday is Hari Raya Puasa holiday hence straight 3 days no work.  :)

Since I came home early, I did sweeping and mopping of the floor and ironed my clothes.  Glad that I managed to "catch up" my housework.  Hee hee...

Another Monday Blue

Monday again.  Today I was so lazy in the morning that I decided not to sweep the floor.  Will change schedule to sweep and mop on every Tue and Sat.  Thu will just sweeping only.  In fact just an excuse for me to lie on the bed longer this morning.

Usual day at work.  Nothing fantastic happened.  Left office early at around 7.45pm and reached home early before 9pm.  Glad that I can be at home early these 2 weeks.  Hope this will continue so that I can have more personally time. 

Today there are a few episodes of J dramas to watch.  Back to normal.  Olympic over!!! 

Nothing again again

Stayed indoor for the whole day.  Watched TV program and felt so boring when there wasn't new episode of J drama released.  Felt so helpless.

In the end, I searched for some SP to watch.  At least could let me spent some time watching movies.

My niece having exam hence did not come to Pasir Ris.  Quite long never see her liao.

Spent some time reading blogs that 小珠 found on Hokkaido autumn trips.  Looking forward to October.

Took bus home today as I did not have much things to carry so no need my father to ferry me home.  At lease he can rest at home.  Bus journey was 1 hour and I reached home by 9.15pm.

打包 watermelon home.  Can eat over next 2 days.  Cut and kept in a box by my mum.  Ate some at Pasir Ris and they are sweet and juicy.  Yum Yum.  :)

Nothing again

I think due to the Olympic, there is no constant updates of the new epi of J dramas.  This makes me so lost when there is no dramas to chase.  Hope it will be back to normal soon.

Back in Pasir Ris this afternoon.  Just surfed net and went out for dinner.  Nothing much to do.  Just relax.

Went to Sushi Tei for dinner.  A request by my mum as she said she missed Japanese food.  I am still very full now. 

Shall search for any movie to watch in PPS to kill time.  :P

Nice day

Today, I woke up and really hoped that it is holiday and no need to work.  However, I still had to drag myself out of the bed and prepared for work.

Office was quiet as many of my colleagues were on leave.  Boss on leave too.  Hence, we enjoyed the day with relax mood.  No mood to work and started to surf net to get more info for my coming trip at around 6pm.  Really "no government" uh.  My colleague even went down for coffee at usual peak hour.  Reason being, we need not "cheong" for sales for time being.

We were a bit late for our movie "The Bourne Legacy" tonight and just bought a bread each as our dinner.  Had our usual favourite seats and enjoyed the movie.  Very interesting movie and I like it overall.  We did not watch the earlier 3 movies but luckily my colleague gave me some earlier parts stories and at least I am not too lost. 

Finally tomorrow can wake up late again.  How I wish every week has only 4 working days.  :P

National Day

Today is Singapore's 47th birthday.

I stayed at home for the whole day.  Morning did some housework and afternoon cleared some emails and sent reports.  Followed by watching J dramas.

Evening watched National Parade program till 8pm and continued watching TV programs until 9pm.  Continued to watch J dramas and will then sleep.

Sounds a bit boring but I am glad to stay at home today.  Too lazy to go out for lunch/dinner.  Ate cake bought yesterday for lunch and toasted hash brown and nuggets for dinner.

Friday tomorrow.  If it is a non working day too, will be super the good.  But... just dreaming only.

Headache

This morning, woke up with headache.  Hence decided not to do sweeping and mopping of floor.  Since holiday tomorrow, shall do it in the morning.

Whole day felt so tired and uncomfortable.  Head like can explode any time.  Finally its evening and I managed to relax by laughing.  We watched movie "Brave" and the bear was so cute and funny.  It did cure a bit of my headache.

Tomorrow is National Day.  Looking forward for another day's break.  :)

2nd medal

Enjoyed today as it passed so fast.  Glad that tomorrow is Wednesday and another movie time.  Friday is Singapore's National Day hence tomorrow we can watch movie since it is a non working day on Thursday.  Friday will have another movie.

I am so happy that Singapore got her 2nd medal in Olympics.  Woman table tennis team did not disappoint us.  Watched the first 2 matches before leaving office and was so worried that we might lose as South Korea team was very good.  Happy for them and for Singapore.

Reached home early hence had time to prepare dinner.  Boiled sausages and steamed sweet corns.  Nice nice.  Completed the meal with apples.  I have to finish the apples as soon as possible.  I just cleared the earlier batch that my mum bought for me 3 weeks ago.  Another batch which is 2 weeks ago is awaiting for me to eat them.  Better eat them before they turn bad.  I still have 6 oranges.  Oh dear!!!!

The day is over

Morning, it was sunny day when I left home for work.  Out of mrt station when reached office area and the weather turned dark.  It just rained although not very heavy.

Lunch hour, it was so cooling and windy although the sun was still strong.  I like this type of weather.  I love the wind.

Left office at 8pm and glad to be home early.  Went to Cold Storage to buy some frozen food to keep for my dinner (in case I am hungry).  Bought frozen sweet corn, nuggets, sausages and harshbrown.  Not really healthy.  I am going to oven toast the nuggets/harshbrown and boil the sweet corn and sausages when I am eating them.  This sounds more healthier???  Haha...

Nice break

This morning, woke up rather early at 9.30am to get myself prepared to leave home at around 10 plus.  I've asked my mum to buy brunch for me so I better reach Pasir Ris early.

My parents went to Redhill to do marketing since they need to buy coffee powder there.  I asked them to longbang me home if they were early.  However, he called me when I almost reached Pasir Ris so no need to divert.

My niece did not come today as she is preparing for exam.  Hence, it was rather quiet at home.  I just watched J-dramas and surfed net till evening.  After dinner, went home by bus on my own.  My father asked if need him to send me home but I said no since I was not carrying heavy stuff.

Left Pasir Ris at 8pm and reached home around 9pm.  Quite fast lah.

Not many new episodes of J-dramas released so I kind of restless that there was nothing for me to watch.  I shall rest early tonight.  Tomorrow is another day which I do not like.  MONDAY!!!!

Raining

My mum came to my house and I had lunch with her at nearby coffee shop.  She likes the roasted pork rice so we ordered together with a bowl of wantan soup.  Yummy lunch.

It was raining and I was a bit worried that if the rain did not stop, it will spoil our BBQ event this evening.  Luckily, it stopped raining at evening time and the weather was cooling.  Great for BBQ.

I met up with my colleagues and reached the venue at around 6.30pm.  My colleague and his hubby were preparing the food and we could start eating shortly.  The food was very nice.  I ate quite a lot.

There were surprises too.  My colleague bought Apple strudel and my boss bought a cake for sharing.  They really made us eat until so full. 

Great evening with nice food and good time for chatting.  Also great weather for this event.  :)

Back home today and will go to Pasir Ris home tomorrow morning.

Good movie

Finished work today with some "spillover" stuff to be continued on Monday.  Did not feel like doing it.  Hahaha.

We had a farewell lunch for one of our colleague at Akashi Japanese restaurant.  Enjoyed the food there and after lunch, we went to Giant Supermarket to buy drinks and some items for tomorrow BBQ.  Ah Cheng will continue to buy the balance items tomorrow.

Watched movie this evening for the 9pm show.  "Total Recall" was good.  I did not watch the earlier version hence this one was very new to me and the story was good.  Although I am still wondering if the ending is its reality or still in a dream, it gives overall a good storyline.  Nice one....

Bad day

Started the day badly.  Many problems to solve.  Bad bad bad.  Why every time must clear "shit"???

Had to solve the problems and do my daily work.  No time uh!!!!!

The only happy thing is tomorrow is Friday.  Welcoming tomorrow and hope will be a peaceful day for me.

Left office rather early and reached home by 8.15pm.  Glad to be home early.  :)

Great news for Singapore

Its mid week today.  So happy.  2 more days to go.

Quite busy today and we left office at 8pm.  Rushed home to catch 15mins of the variety show that 小珠 went for the recording.  Her parents were seen almost 100% of the show time.  For her, maybe 70% lah.  She was on TV!

Watched the table tennis match at 9.30pm.  It was quite an easy match for Feng Tian Wei who represented Singapore.  Happy that she won the bronze medal.  1st time for Singapore to win single medal in Olympics.  Hooray!!!!
