It's Friday! Yippy!

Yippy! It's Friday! The day I am looking forward to since Monday. Today is also 雪人's last day with us. We had another "farewell lunch" with her at Thai Accent. The restaurant was rather empty with only a few customers. However, the restaurant became so noisy after we were there. We did enjoy the lunch with jokes and laughter as usual.

I ordered a drink named Green Apple Freeze. From the name, I thought it will be ice-blended green apple juice or something similar. However was curious when the waiter said that it was not ice-blended drink. In any case, to avoid confusion by the waiter, I proceeded with my order of this drink. Surprisingly, it was very nice. It had plum in it with green apple flavor. My colleague wanted to order same drink but was told mine was the last glass. So lucky for me.

I was rather busy today as my colleague was on leave and I had to take over some of 雪人's duty. Need to teach the new girl slowly to avoid confusion to her. Will be unfair for her to learn everything in such short time. Foresee that I will be super busy for at least another 2 weeks.

We left office at 8.30pm and rushed to buy McNuggets for our dinner. No choice but to sneak the food into the cinema. The movie started at 8.40pm and we could not eat after the movie ended as it will be very late.

The movie "Twilight Saga: New Moon" was not bad. Just that there were little scenes by Edward. Mostly showing Jacob and Bella. Will wait for the next two movies that will be shown in next 2 years.

My birthday is this Sunday. 小珠 bought a gift for me and it is a haversack. I am trying to look for one that is similar to the one 小珠 bought in USA. Cannot find a suitable one so far. However, this one suits me. It is not too big, with green colour and it will not get "out of shape" easily. Thanks to 小珠. I like it and will use it for our next trip. Hope that I can use it soon. :)

It is Saturday Short Shopping! My own invention. Lame right?

I went to Chinatown with my mum and sister. Took some photos of the blue sky on our way there. Can't resist the nice blue colour. The cloud looked nice too. What a good weather.

We parked our car at Hong Lim Complex and walked over to the popular porridge store "长城粥" for our early dinner. Defined "early" because it was 5.45pm at that time. We were very hungry at that time as we did not have our lunch and ate a little for breakfast only. To our surprise, it was not crowded and still had many empty tables for us to choose our seats. Guess I was too hungry that I forgot to do my photographing of the food we ordered. :P

After the dinner, we went over to OG for the "Aircon". We were so hot after eating the hot piping porridge and worst still, there was no aircon there. Initially we were still ok, but as soon as we finished our food, we started to feel hot and sweating. Phew... need to sacrifice for good food.

Finally I decided to buy a luggage to replace my existing one which was rather old and can give way anytime. Since it was almost 50% cheaper, I bought it since it looks ok to me. Usual price is $298 and now it costs $149. Although I am looking for Samsonite or Delsey luggages initially, I decided to try this Hush Puppies brand. I will still look for one Samsonite luggage since I intend to trade in my old luggage. That is too heavy for me and has become white elephant many years ago. I only used it twice for my long trips to USA and Europe.

Before we went home, we dropped by at this "记得吃" Hong Kong desert store. I orderd the mango with pamelo as usual. Tastes good...

My new bag from Japan

Finally end of the day. Real busy today. Don't mistaken that other days are not real busy. Ha ha.

Just that today is 1st day of the month and has a lot of closing stuffs. Table was so messy with papers. Phew! Finally cleared and went home with some tiredness.

Reached home rather late and rushed to bath. Watched the last 2 episodes of drama series (原来爱上賊). Ending is not what I want but ok lah, at least the bad guy got his punishment.

Tomorrow I am using my new blue label bag. Bought this at Tokyo Ginza Burberry building. Nice right? Get this colour bag as it will not get dirty easily. ;)

Strange weather

For the past 1 week, the weather is behaving very strangely. It rains in the morning but get so hot, I really mean "HOT" and not warm, after that. Today, same thing happens but change in timing. It was so "HOT" in the morning but rained around noon time. After the raining, it was still so hot. Hope the weather can get a little bit better each day. Otherwise, it is very easily to fall ill.

Today I am experiencing Monday Blue. Simply no strength to do anything. Can still work but very slow. Luckily not so many emails today so I can clear them slowly. Like a snail... which is even slower than a tortoise. Hee hee.

Well, my colleague is going on leave next week. I will be busy for another one and a half week. Hope everything goes well during that period.

My hair is getting long. Soon, I won't be able to take it. Must quickly decide a date to have my haircut.

This is one of the bag I bought in Japan (Aeon Mall near Narita airport). Smallest among my 5 new bags. Hope this will give me some good luck tomorrow. :)

Feeling better today

Yesterday was a rather terrible day for me as I was feeling so tired and uncomfortable for the whole day.

Woke up around 8 plus this am when there was heavy downpour again. Head a bit heavy so decided to take paracetamol before going back to sleep. Hope it will be gone by the time I fully wake up. Luckily, the headache was gone when I woke up again at 10.45am. Otherwise, another day will be burned by lying down.

My aunt and cousin came to our house. A bit quiet today as my little niece did not come today due to her coming exam next week. I played facebook games for few hours and passed my notebook to my cousin who wanted to play online games. For me, I continued to watch TV programs. Ha ha.

This is another bag I had bought in Japan. Was shopping at Asakusa and found it in one of the shop. Like this one as it has 2 way of carrying (normal and haversac). Opening ceremony for this bag was in last Friday. Tomorrow going to take same bag to work too.

Ok lah. Shall move to do some of my office work. Did not log in at all due to my tireness. Will clear some mails first. :)

Monday again

It's Monday again. This morning while lying on my bed, I was wondering today is which day and do I need to go to work. So lazy to wake up as I enjoyed the long weekend we had which I can wake up late everyday. However, not for today. Too bad :(

Normal day for me today as I was busy doing monthend closing and helped to cover my colleague's work as she was on leave. Went home late today and before taking cab, I couldn't resist my craving for cake hence bought a small black forest cake from Swiss Bake. In fact, actual cake I craving is strawberry shortcake. Still missing the cakes we had during our Japan trip at Ginza Almond cafe. Yummy Yummy. Will eat again should I am there again. Hope no need to wait too long. Ha ha.

I decided to use my new bag which I bought in Japan. This bag was bought from Aeom Mall near Narita airport. Nice right?
