Finally!!! I managed to get out of office by 8.30pm. It was not because I had finished my work but due to I would like to get home earlier by taking my colleague's car home.
I knew that if I did not follow her, I will stuck in office till late hours again. Perhaps I need to push myself more to leave office earlier and not to stay late which is unhealthy.
Was glad that I have more time today at home and I must keep it up.
