This week I will be busy doing handover of my work to my colleague who is just appointed to take over a temporary post until the company finds a suitable candidate. She has no business background of our industry hence I need to provide some background before she can do hands on.
Just a brief overview done today and tomorrow, I will start to teach those data extraction tasks that I need to do on every morning. Shall then let her sit next to me and see how I do my work step by step for a day. After that, will let her try to do on her own and I will just supervise.
Sounds logical? Hope so lah. With short time, not sure if I can teach everything but keep my fingers crossed that everything will go smoothly. :P
