Saw another news where public transport bus driver knocked down an old man and drove off. So bad. How can the driver do that. If he stayed, perhaps can help the old man and he might not die.

Tomorrow, I must really force myself to wake up for the morning walk. Stopped for 2 months and now feeling myself growing fatter and fatter. These 2 days, I was so hungry when I reached home and cooked instant noodles. I cannot let this continues...
