Gathering

This evening, initially was to just have dinner with 小珠 and no movie. Glad that Tulip could join us for dinner and Ah Cheng too.

We met up at about 8.20pm. Supposed to reach earlier but there was a jam to VivoCity from Pasir Panjang diretction. Could be due to today is Children Day, many parents brought their kids for shopping that caused jam to the carparks.

While caught in the jam, we watched an interesting scene. One car in front of us almost knocked down a motorbike driver. The motorbike driver was so furious that kept scolding and pointing middle finger to the car driver. The motorbike driver pointed to the car to stop the car at the side of the road and seeing no action by the car driver, he drove off knowing he could not get near to the car due to incoming vehicles. We thought this was the end of the story but... suddenly we saw the motorbike right in front of us.

He purposely made a U turn and was so close to the car that finally the car driver signaled to park the car at the roadside and got out of the car. We were so excited to see what happened next since we were still caught in the jam. The motorbike driver took out his helmet and was shouting to the car driver. When we wanted to continue seeing what happened next, our car had to move forward and could not see much. Hope no fight took place. The motorbike driver was a bit too heated. Can't he don't take it too hard...

After that, we had dinner at Coffee Club as Thai ascent which we intended to go was having long queue. In order not to waste time waiting, we switched to Coffee Club where usually it was empty. However, to our surprise, many tables were filled up (usually only the most 3 to 4 tables). Strange leh...

We ordered 4 main courses for sharing and added 2 side dishes. Wow... we big eaters uh... Really managed to finish all the food. Sinful uh!!!

Managed to have a good time chit chatting. Hope there will be more chances to have such relaxing gathering.
