Very and super busy today handling claim cases. Why so many claim cases nowadays? Whole day need to reply emails on such matters.

Closed quite a no of deals this evening hence busy sending sales confirmations to customers. Well... it is a good to have a lot of sales confirmations to send. This means we did more orders. :)

Left office at around 9pm. Strange that not many colleagues stayed late tonight. 小珠 and me were the last one to leave office. Therefore, had to go round to switch off the lights.

Will continue to do the itinerary tonight. Just finish washing a few more pieces of gloves, leggings and sweater. More or less completed my washing. :)
