I've tendered my resignation yesterday and thought that I would have to lobo in the office for 3 months. However, a meeting was called and announced that few of us who had resigned are to complete our handover by Friday morning and will go for garden leave.
It was a rather shocking news to us as we were quite sure that we would be asked to stay till the last day. This made me unprepared and a bit loss. I left with only tomorrow to prepare my handover list and to brief my colleagues.
Will try best to complete the handover as smoothly as possible.
The 3 mths break will allow me to have a rest first before the next move.
