Woke up at 9am this morning. Quickly did my cleaning and went out to meet my mum & sis at the coffee shop near my house. Meeting them up for lunch before meeting my aunt at 1pm. She had arranged a few units for viewing. My sister asked her to look up for suitable units near my area.
However, due to lateness of my sis and mum, we had no time to eat and had to just grab curry puff to eat first. Went to 5 units for viewing. 2 of them are quite ok hence my aunt trying to working out with the owners' agents.
The best unit is too ex. The COV is already 360k and asking for 415k. 55k cash is too much for a unit which we have to tear down all fittings and renovate whole house.
The other unit is good as the unit direction is N facing and no afternoon sun. The weather was very hot this afternoon but when we were in the unit, it was breezy. However, only concern is the neighbours putting a lot of things at the corridors. When we reached the floor level, we were welcomed by a row of flower pots. We were like in a garden. The unit next door has placed alot of thing just outside this unit window. The first thing can see is an used over toaster!
Shall see how lah. If no good, shall wait for the next one. We went to Chinatown to buy some CNY goodies and also "internal wear". Made a fast one and went home after sending my aunt home. We had to return the rented car timely.
After that, we went to Changi City Point mall for dinner and bought abalone/birdnest etc. We went to ZTP first as we afraid the shop would close by the time we finished our dinner. In the end, after our shopping and queing for redemption of gifts at the customer service counter, all restaurants closed liao. In the end, we dined at Texas Chicken. It also served last customer after us. Lucky uh. First time eating Texas Chicken. Not bad lah. Some people commented it was not nice. Howerver, I still like the taste of these chicken when they first sold in Singapore about 10-15 years ago.
Tiring day. Have no strength to watch j drama tonight. Sleep early...
