Hailstones

Heard from news that there was hailstones in west area of Singapore in the afternoon.  It was reported that there was heavy rain and strong wind.  Comments in the websites mentioned the weather turned cold suddenly.  However, I did not experience it as I was still in office and was in central area where the rain was not heavy.

Strange to have hailstones.  Was it due to the cloud seeding in Indonesia to put out the fire in the forest?
