Bad day

Today full of issues.

Delay in our schedule caused claims....  No late enquiries but.... have to settle a dispute case.  Thought it was settled amicably but after the settlement, customer claims delay for the time used up for the investigation.  So unlucky.

Does it mean that I cannot relax a bit on a thin enquiries day.  Still have to work till late hour to settle the case.  Worst still.... episode continues.  :( :(
