It was a western wedding dinner and this was the first time I attended such event. Contacted my the other school friend to meet up there so as I will not feel so awkward to be alone. Out of 5 of us, only 2 can attend. Sad that the rest cannot attend. Thought it will be another gathering night for us.
The wedding dinner started with cake cutting session and some speeches by the bride and groom. After that the buffet dinner started. Ang Moh really don't eat and just drink first. My friend and I quickly looked for our seats and started to eat. The food quite good. We enjoyed eating.
At around 9pm, we were wondering if there will be any more program. Otherwise we will leave liao. Then the MC asked all to gather at the bar counter again. This time round, the groom's father and brother made speeches. Rather a long one and we could not figure out what they were talking about as the microphone sound effect was rather bad.
After the toast, both of us left. The bride was so busy hence we just text her to thank her for inviting us.
Reached home at about 11.15pm. Rather tired but still will watch some J dramas. I have a long list of outstanding dramas.
