Tonight, I still have problem connecting to internet. Had same problem yesterday and had used by mobile phone data line to access internet. Thought it will be resolved today but no.
My sister got a new modem from Starhub after she renewed her contract. She tried to change it to the new one but the digital voice lines do not work but internet is working well. If changed back to the old modem, digital voice lines work well but internet is not working. Strange lei. Think really need to call Starhub customer service line to get help.
We are not so familiar with router and modem. Therefore a bit helpless. Since my sister will be on leave tomorrow, shall let her call and check where does the problem lies.
Hope both voice lines and internet can work when I am back from office tomorrow night. :)
